Arthur Oudmayer has built his career at the intersection of foodservice operations, planning, interiors and project leadership.
His experience progressed from corporate space planning into commercial foodservice design and then design leadership for Compass Group. He founded designSMART in 2008 to offer clients a more flexible model: a single experienced design lead who can assemble and manage the professional team a project truly needs.
That perspective shapes every project—from the back-of-house workflow to the front-of-house experience.
