Maryville University · Mary + Moo

A smaller-scale retail concept that demonstrates how designSMART brings together brand identity, foodservice planning and interior design into one focused customer experience.

A dining brand designed as a place.

Mary + Moo was developed as a burger-and-shake concept with its own visual identity, service sequence and material language.

The project shows the same design thinking used in large dining halls applied at retail scale: clear planning, memorable branding and an environment built around the food experience.
